Dear Sir or Madam:

My name is Ralph Proscia and I am vice-president of the All American Oakland Chapter (AAOC) of Pontiac/Oakland Club International (POCI). I am writing to you to inform you of a wonderful occasion and to ask for your assistance.

On September 4-7 2008 the All American Oakland Chapter, a 501c not for profit organization, will be celebrating the 100th Anniversary of the production of the Oakland automobile. The Oakland Homecoming, as we have named our celebration, will be the largest gathering of Pre 1932 Oaklands and Pontiacs in any one place to date. We have chosen the Henry Ford Museum/Greenfield Village Complex in Dearborn, Michigan as our celebration site. We have many wonderful activities planned, but in order to successfully organize our homecoming, we need your assistance. I am writing you because our club members, both in AAOC and POCI, use the services of your company in the restoration of our automobiles. I am asking you to become a sponsor and assist us in making this event and the activities that we have planned a success.

For your convenience, we have three (3) levels of sponsorship: SILVER, GOLD, and PLATINUM.

For a $100 contribution: (SILVER SPONSOR), we will create a link to your website and will add your company to our sponsors roster page. In fact, I have already taken the liberty of creating the link. Just the fact that you are receiving this request is an indication that our website (www.allamericanoakland.com) is linked with your website. If your company does not presently have a website, your contact information will be added to the sponsors roster page.

For a $250 contribution (GOLD SPONSOR), we would create a ½ advertising page (limited to 2.5 Mgb's) featuring some of your products or specials. This will include all contact information for a company that does not presently have a website.

For a $500 contribution (PLATINUM SPONSOR), we would create a full advertising page (limited to 5 Mgb's) featuring some of your products or specials. This will include all contact information for a company that does not presently have a website.

Your advertising information will last for a minimum of one year after the Oakland Homecoming date, September 4- 7, 2008. Early sponsorships will increase your advertisement coverage commencing with the date of receipt. This could result in an additional 6 months of advertising benefits. Please assist us in making the Oakland Homecoming’s 100th anniversary the success that we know it will be.

For additional information please go to www.allamericanoakland.com and read more about the exciting Oakland Homecoming event. When you decide the level of sponsorship, please complete our sponsor form and make your make check payable to: Oakland Homecoming. Please send your completed form and sponsorship contribution to our treasurer:
